Off-the-shelf tools ignored Arabic, local payment providers and the fact that customers here start conversations on WhatsApp. Companies bent their operations to fit the software.
Custom systems took too long, arrived without documentation and left businesses tied to a single developer. Every change became a negotiation.
Sales, stock and finance lived in separate systems. Decisions waited for someone to rebuild the same spreadsheet, and nobody fully trusted the numbers.

We collect only the data a system needs, restrict who can see it and document where it is stored and processed.
Assistants answer from approved content, show their sources and hand uncertain cases to a person. We say plainly where AI is not reliable yet.
