The challenge
Distributors receive orders through WhatsApp messages, phone calls and spreadsheets. Sales staff retype each order, apply the right price list from memory and confirm stock by calling the warehouse.
The proposed solution
A self-service portal where each business customer sees their own prices, credit limit and order history. Customers can reorder in one click or upload a spreadsheet, and orders flow straight into the ERP with stock checked in real time.
